Refund Policy - Minecraft Mike

The refund policy applies to students that are registered in any Minecraft Mike session, class, or activity.

When a student is withdrawn from a Minecraft Mike session, the refund (if applicable) is determined by the amount of the session the student has attended minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request.

• The responsible party for payment will receive confirmation that the refund is processed. ​

• Once the refund is processed, the timeframe of when the funds will be credited back to the account will vary depending on the method refunded to - it is not the responsibility of Minecraft Mike to provide those timeframes.​

The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified or there are extenuating circumstances (i.e. payment method is no longer applicable, etc.)

• Note: With some methods of payment (Grants, Scholarships, etc.) there may be a method requested by the issuer of the funds. In that instance, the process outlined by the original issuer of funds will apply.​

The $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the student's spot in the session will not be refunded. Please see the Session Info section for more on the $100 non-refundable deposit.
